Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is anything wrong with the product you receive, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and as best as we can. 


Damages 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. After 14 days, we will be unable to replace your item. For the quickest resolution, it would be helpful if you attach images of the defect, damage, or incorrect order to your message. Once verified, you will be issued a prepaid shipping label to return the product. Once we receive your returned product, you will be issued a full replacement of your original purchase.  


Refunds and Exchanges

Most prints may be returned for a merchandise credit.  

  • All Showcase-sized prints, Limited Edition prints, and sale and promotional items are final sales and may not be returned unless they were damaged upon receipt (see Damages above).  
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@bonjwing.com.
  • The product must be returned undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
  • You will be issued a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your credit.
  • The returned product must be shipped within 36 hours of receiving the shipping label.
  • A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your merchandise credit for framed prints.
